Originally purchased from Amazon Outlet, and recently listed along with the purchase of a new shredder. The cutting blades function without issue, but it is not in perfect, pristine condition as a used item. From a distance, the exterior looks fairly clean, but upon closer inspection, minor scratches and the like are visible. Overall, I personally wouldn't feel it's inaccurate to rate the condition as C rank, but those who are particularly concerned about such things should of course consider something else.
