This is a super embossed NF frying pan with a 3-layer structure of aluminum sandwiched between stainless steel. Compatible with all heat sources. Comes with a glass lid. Waterless cooking, oil-free cooking, and frying with a small amount of oil are possible. Includes an instruction manual with simple recipes. The instruction manual has markings from a marker on the surface and cut-offs on the back from the time of purchase. I have used it a few times for cooking boiled eggs and vegetables. I remember it cost around 20,000 yen when I bought it. In recent years, I have only used it when making a large amount of boiled eggs, and since I haven't been able to use it effectively, I am selling it as I am organizing my home.
