This is a hand spinner. Originally, it was a set of three, but I disposed of one because it got moldy from use in the bath. These two were used indoors. The silicone parts tend to attract dust, and although I cleaned them, they are not completely clean. Also, the suction cups seem to be weak originally, and they sometimes came off even when attached.
