This skirt was given to me by a friend who owns a shop in Shinjuku. I'm selling it because I don't use it. The skirt length is 43 cm. It's currently in a plastic bag, but I will remove the cardboard and put it in a new plastic bag before sending it via Yu-Packet. My friend used to wear it over pants in the winter, saying it was great for keeping her stomach warm.
