This is a mitten (pot holder) featuring a retro Sazae-san character design. It's for one hand only. It has the notation of the Machiko Hasegawa Art Museum, so it appears to be official merchandise. The blue-based fabric is decorated with illustrations of Sazae-san, milk, and apples. It's recommended for use in the kitchen, as well as for collecting. I received it about 20 years ago and have kept it stored ever since. Due to aging, I removed the bag, but it is unused and new. The photos show what appears to be fibers embedded in the fabric from the beginning, not stains, so please be aware of that. I think the color of Sazae-san's face is slightly different on the inside and outside. If you are concerned about the print of Sazae-san's face, please refrain from purchasing.
