This item was purchased while I was living in the United States. It plugs into an outlet and is a very American item: you put bubble solution in the dish the teddy bear is holding, and when you turn it on, it blows bubbles from its mouth. As you can see in the fourth photo, it has a built-in hook, so it can also be used as a tree ornament. The power cord is also long enough. I loved it, but my children have grown up, and I no longer put up a large tree. I only used it for one season and then stored it away.
