This is a menko (ear bonnet) useful for training when riding horses that are sensitive to noises and rain. It combines the popular leopard print with a vibrant red. The ears are made of synthetic leather and are washable. Since it is handmade, it is slightly larger than commercially available products. The model horse is wearing the same size. My menko are sold only on Mercari and through face-to-face transactions. Orders start from 4700 yen, but if you use special brand fabrics or materials, or colors and patterns that I don't have on hand, I will charge the cost of those materials. Also, for repeat customers only, I can create special menko using all the materials (fabric, synthetic leather, string, bias tape) you send me, excluding thread.
