This is a Glass Harmony 450. As shown in the photos, there are some bite marks on the hole. Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. It comes with a running wheel, water bottle, mushroom house, sand, cotton, small stage, food, and wood mat.
