I purchased this new at a store about two years ago, but I never had the chance to wear it. The tags are still attached, and I haven't tried it on. The wrists have elastic (see photo 2). The entire garment is lace, but the area from the chest down has black fabric underneath (see photo 3). The décolletage and sleeves are only lace. There's a bit of adhesive residue from a price tag sticker, so please be aware of that. Please purchase if you understand that this item has been stored at home. It may be compressed for shipping.
