This is a NIKE AIR blouson, or similar outerwear. It's thick, with fleece and padded sections, and it has a large pocket on the stomach, which is also great! The size is 130, but because it's thick, I think it would fit a child around size 120 if they want to wear it a bit oversized! It's been worn about 3 times!
