The operation buttons are labeled in Chinese, but they are Chinese characters, so there's no problem operating them. (They might even be easier to understand than the Elefue alphabet!) A Chinese instruction manual is included, but you can find the Japanese Elefue instruction manual online, so you won't have any trouble operating it. There are also many Elefue operation videos uploaded on Japanese websites.
