This is a mermaid skirt purchased from either Shimamura or Avail. I washed it once, but it's a nearly new nylon camisole dress that I've never worn. It has a lining, so you don't have to worry about it being see-through. The fabric is bumpy/textured and very cute. Measurements were taken using an app, so there may be some slight discrepancies.
