The battery health is at 95%, so I don't think you'll need to replace the battery for a while. I used it with a case and a screen protector. There is a slight scratch on the screen (see image 20), but it didn't bother me during normal use. (The bottom of the screen in image 20 shows the camera.) The edges and back are in good condition with few scratches.
