This is a tumbler commemorating Miffy's 55th anniversary. I purchased it in a store about 15 years ago. It's about 16cm tall and holds around 300ml. The design features "Usako-chan's Birthday" and a cute teddy bear. It's unused and has been stored in a dark place, but since I bought it in a store, there may be some minor scratches on the surface.
