This is "Dump Robo" (MR-09) from Popy's "Machine Robo" series. It was released by Popy in 1982. It is the first in the Working Machine Robo series. It transforms from a dump truck into a humanoid robot. The transformation system, where the face is stored inside the body, was first adopted in this model.
