This is a prize item that could be exchanged for points earned based on the amount of money played. The image quality isn't great, but the main body is clean as it was only opened once when received and once for taking a photo. There's a tear in the outer bag from when it was opened. I will put it back in the outer bag and lightly wipe off any dirt before sending it, but I handled it with bare hands, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
