This is a camisole made of thin, sheer fabric. The shoulder straps are adjustable, and the measurements are taken at their longest length. The actual color is more greenish than in the photos, so please feel free to comment if you have any concerns. I wore it over T-shirts and cut-and-sew tops. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable stains or damage, but since it's been several years since I purchased it, I'm listing it as having some minor scratches or stains.
