The outer cover has stains on both the outside and inside (Photos 1-3). The front and back covers of the main body also have stains on the top (Photo 4). The inside pages are relatively clean, but there are a few lines drawn (Photo 5), and the last page has a name written on it, which has been blacked out (Photo 6).
