In other words, Yuki-tsumugi woven in Ibaraki Prefecture is also genuine "Honba Yuki-tsumugi" and is designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Japan. If the certification label is present, there is absolutely no problem even if it is from Ibaraki Prefecture.
