This is a long-sleeved cut-and-sew top from Miki House Double B. The bears peeking out from the cups are very cute. There is some fuzzing and pilling on the felt parts. It may be possible to clean it up with a fabric shaver, but I will send it as is. I don't see any other noticeable stains, but this is a used item that a child has worn.
