It's a hooded garment with a fabric feel similar to a hoodie or sweatshirt, but without a hood. I'm sorry, but I don't know the name of it. It has not been used outdoors. I received it as a souvenir from my father about 6 or 7 years ago when he was in America, but since it wasn't to my taste, I never wore it outside. A considerable amount of time has passed since purchase, and I haven't stored it with extreme care, so there might be some fading, but I don't believe there are any scratches. The Abercrombie & Fitch hoodie I received as a souvenir at the same time has been worn outside many times, and I can still wear it without any issues, so I believe this garment, which has not been worn outside, should also be fine.
