This is a UNIQLO frilly French sleeve dress. ⑅︎◡̈︎* It's 130cm and the color is blue! It's a lovely dress with frills and an A-line skirt ✩︎⡱ There are pockets on both sides. There are no major stains or damage, but it has been worn and loved, so there is some pilling, fading, and other signs of use.
