This is a commemorative Shikishi from Rinzai-shū Shōkoku-ji Temple. Shōkoku-ji Temple, the head temple, was founded in 1382 and is famous for the dragon painted on the ceiling of the Hatto (dharma hall). The powerful yet clear brushwork embodies the refined spirit of Zen. It can be said to be a Zen painting that calms the mind and provides daily awareness.
