This is a model of an Osaka City Streetcar with a second floor. It's quite old, and the current collector poles are missing. The paint is also in poor condition, and it doesn't run. I heard it was made by a manufacturer called Matsumoto Model in Kyoto. It's a junk item, but hopefully someone will restore it and give it a beautiful finish.
