Depending on the location, the picture quality may be poor. The remote control has a broken battery cover and poor contact. It's held in place with tape, but it may not respond properly unless you press the cover from below. There is a terrestrial digital TV card and antenna. It receives signals. I've never looked at the instruction manual CD-ROM, so I don't know if it's usable. It has HDMI, so it can be used as a display. However, the resolution is low, so the picture quality is not good.
