No stains or damage are seen. This is a different pattern from the Sears Fieldmaster ombre, shadow check pattern flannel shirt (images 9-11) worn by Kurt Cobain of NIRVANA, and it does not have a quilted lining. From the catalog at the time, Kurt's was from the late 1970s, and this one has a tag that was changed around 1983, so the timing is not far apart, and the shape of the shirt is almost the same. Kurt had cut the collar and removed the flap pockets. The tag does not have the Sears notation, but Fieldmaster is one of Sears' private brands. The previous tag worn by Kurt has the notation (image 3 bottom). This is the original source and sampling source of subculture (images 12 and 13, same pattern and color that I owned in the past). Sears flannel shirts and Kurt's wearing photos from images 14 to 16 are also the sampling source of subculture.
