The diamond size is 0.59, almost 0.6ct, and it's bezel-set, so the size is substantial. I had the diamond set a little higher so it would be easy to stack with other rings. It looked great when I wore it with a Tiffany's by-the-yard necklace, so I highly recommend it to those who have one. It's been used, so I've marked it as having some scratches and dirt, but I haven't used it much, so I personally think it's in good condition.
