Thank you for viewing. This is an unused Hakata obi with tags, which was stored in my grandmother's Japanese chest of drawers. There are some fold wrinkles, but it is clean with no stains or spots. There is a small hole in the part shown in the third photo. The fourth photo shows the back side of the hole. It is not in the part that wraps around the body, but at the edge of the part that is tied, so I think you can use it without any problems. The material is 100% silk. The color is a gold-like color with black stripes, I believe? The product tag says "Tanrei Obi". I have heard that "Tanrei Obi" means "Hitoe Obi", but I am a novice, so I do not know the details. The part that wraps around the body is firm, but the part that is tied is made of thinner fabric. The size is 6 cm wide. The length is about 225 cm (measured by an amateur). It is narrow in width and short in length. Please understand that this is a home-stored item, even though it is unused.
