This is a cut-and-sew top from Kumikyoku with fringe at the neckline. I have never worn it, but it has been stored in a chest of drawers for several years without the tag. The size is indicated as B81-85, T158-164, which is M-L. Made of 90% cotton and 10% silk. The overall appearance has a slightly pilled look, but this is the original texture of the material.
