⭕️ This is the last recording with the Vienna Philharmonic, recorded just before Böhm passed away. It's a two-LP box set, an import from Deutsche Grammophon, with each movement recorded on a single side of a record. This is a rare and valuable direct import from Germany. ⭕️ It has been stored in a dark place, so it's quite clean for its age, but there is some yellowing and staining due to the paper's deterioration over 45 years. The records themselves are also in very good condition with no scratches, but there is some soiling on some surfaces due to aging. It might be possible to clean them with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, but I don't have a player at the moment, so I can't confirm by listening. I hope a Karl Böhm fan will take it. ⭕️ Includes an obi, a German-language Grammophon discography, and a promotional flyer from the time. A record featuring a famous performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9, conducted by Karl Böhm. - Title: Beethoven: Symphonie No. 9 - Conductor: Karl Böhm - Performers: Jessye Norman, Plácido Domingo, Walter Berry - Record Condition: Good - Record Sides: Side A/Side B #KarlBöhm #ViennaPhilharmonic #Domingo #JessyeNorman #NinthSymphony #Beethoven
