I purchased this at the end of June, but I made a mistake with the door thickness. This is for thin doors. Although unused, I realized the mistake just before installation, so it has been opened and handled directly. No cats have used it. It will be shipped via Nekopos. The thickness is barely within the 3cm limit, so it will be shipped in an envelope as is. Thank you for your understanding.
