Samukawa Shrine Candy Dishes, Individual Plates, Chrysanthemum Crest, Aizu Lacquerware, Urushi Lacquering, Set of 9, Souvenir from the Imperial Palace, Trays These items are from quite a while ago, received at Samukawa Shrine, Sagami Ichinomiya, Kanagawa Prefecture. All are unused, but two of the three boxes show discoloration on the outer box (Image 8). Also, two of the three plates in Image 7 have been opened, but are unused. The beautiful black color of Aizu lacquerware and the gold chrysanthemum crest are very striking. Size: Approximately 14cm in diameter, 1.5cm in height.
