〈Mao Yamaguchi's Miniature Picture Books〉 These are rare, numbered miniature woodblock print picture books by Mao Yamaguchi, whose work needs no introduction. Purchased about 30 years ago and stored in a dark place ever since. They have never been displayed, and were opened for the first time for these photos. The box and inner wrapping paper bear Mao-san's signature and print number (238/500). The inner wrapping paper also has a stamp that says "STUDIO MAO." The set consists of eight double-page spreads, from "Volume 1" to "Volume 8." These are vintage items, but in beautiful condition. Comes in a box.
