The uchiwa (fan) size is approximately 28cm tall x 29cm wide, with a handle of about 13cm. Please check the size in the second image. The second image is only for size confirmation, and the uchiwa itself is not for sale. The yellow color of the letters is fluorescent. The pink of the final border is also fluorescent. All other parts are made of construction paper. When attaching this to the uchiwa, please use double-sided tape, glue, etc. This is not a custom order item, so if you purchase it as is, the transaction will be for the item in the listing image. Regarding custom orders: Since I am an amateur, I only have the fonts and colors that are listed. Please ask questions from the font and color options you want.
