This is a Samsonite business bag (likely the Debonair 3). I believe I purchased it around 2019. I usually use a backpack, so I haven't used this bag much, and it's in generally good condition. Upon close inspection, there are some minor frays and light scuffs from use. There are no issues with using it, but please understand that it is a used item.
