This is a set of a Canon AE-1 and an FD 50mm F1.4 S.S.C lens. The camera body and lens have minor scratches, but there are no noticeable dents or scratches, and I think they are very clean for their age. I checked the camera body with a test battery, and the exposure meter is working according to the aperture and brightness (accuracy unknown). The shutter, shutter speed, winding, rewinding, self-timer, and film counter have been briefly checked and are working. There appears to be no mold in the viewfinder, but there is some light dirt or cloudiness? and fine dust and debris, but it's not noticeable when looking through the viewfinder. The light seals need to be replaced. There is no battery leakage in the battery chamber, and it is clean. The eyecup gets in the way when opening and closing the film chamber, but it can be opened and closed by squeezing the rubber without removing it. There appears to be no mold or cloudiness in the lens. There are hairline scratches and small spots on the front element, but I took pictures with a digital SLR using an adapter, and there was no effect, and I was able to take beautiful photos. There is fine dust and debris. There is no oil stain on the aperture, and it works fine. The focusing ring is also working without any problems. This is an old used item. Please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item. Please do not purchase if you are looking for new-like quality, are overly sensitive, or do not understand the product description.
