There is no dirt on the upper part, but there are lint balls from socks inside the shoes. There is some scuffing on the soles, but they are still wearable. There is no creasing on the heels. I purchased them about 3 years ago and have worn them less than 10 times. The box is available, but it's from a different pair of sneakers.
