This is a Pet Carrier osoto. I used it about 5 times for a short period of time (about 5-10 minutes). It can still be used, but there are scratches and dirt from use. Please understand that this is a used item. It is a large item, so there is a possibility that the packaging will not be perfect. Therefore, it is being sold at a bargain price.
