This is a Showa-era, vintage Shichi-Go-San kimono. It appears to be an old item, and there are several light stains and some soiling. (The most noticeable stain is a whitish one on the lower right sleeve, please see the image) Other than that, there appears to be no major noticeable stains or damage such as tears, and it seems to be in good condition for an old item. How about wearing it or displaying it?
