This is a navy NEW V-rib short cardigan from mystic. I purchased it about 2-3 years ago and wore it about 3 times. It has been stored at home since then. The fabric is soft and comfortable, so it was not stressful to wear. *I am a private seller, so there is a possibility that I may have overlooked some stains, etc. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
