This is an arm sleeve, a collaboration product with Disney sold at Workman. This one features a Pixar design and is navy blue. Some stores sell them in bags, but this one was not bagged. It is unused, but has been stored at home, so please be aware of this before purchasing. It will be shipped in an envelope.
