This is a split end hair cutter. I'm selling it because I've used it a few times and no longer need it. It comes with the original box, accessories, instruction manual, etc. I have cleaned it thoroughly, but there may be some hair strands that are difficult to remove. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. There are no scratches on the main body itself.
