This is a fluffy, soft-to-the-touch haori made of kaya fabric♪ I purchased it from a clothing and miscellaneous goods store called "Harbin" in front of Isahaya Station in Nagasaki Prefecture. When worn, the sleeves are about five to seven分 (a unit of length, roughly equivalent to a tenth of a sun, or about 3 cm). The cute point is that the cuffs have elastic and become puff sleeves. There is a long, thin, cute wooden button on the chest, which can be used to close the front. There are slits on the sides of the hem.
