This is on the back, so it's not visible to others and is inconspicuous. There is about a 5mm seam allowance on all sides, and considering the thickness of LAVA mats (4mm to 6mm), this size fits snugly. For reference, LAVA mats are 145 x 61 cm, and SUKALA's "Print Yogi Rug" is 149 x 65.5 cm. Since it's a towel, fabric softener can be used. In my opinion, LAVA's SUKALA Yogi Rug cannot absorb the sweat from a one-hour lesson, and my feet would slip towards the end of the class due to sweat. So, I made a yoga mat towel with a thin microfiber towel. Since I started using this, it absorbs sweat rapidly, allowing me to concentrate on the lesson without worrying about my footing. The fold-over part secures it to the mat, so slippage is not a concern. I made several, so I'm offering this unused [brand new] item to someone who would like it. It has been washed once after creation. It's a thin towel, so it's light, but unlike a flat yogi rug, it's a towel, so when folded, it's thicker than a yogi rug and a bit bulky.
