This item is from a family member at a separate residence and is currently with me. It was purchased several years ago and worn a few times for commuting, etc., but has been stored due to changes in lifestyle. Upon inspection, there are no noticeable stains, but as it has been worn, there is likely some sign of wear. As it is made of cotton, the edges of the collar and pockets may appear slightly faded, but there are no tears in the fabric. The inner lining is removable and has some pilling from wear. It has been stored in a closet, but due to other items being stored on top, there are some wrinkles on the pocket flaps and the main body. The belt is not removable, but there is a zipper inside the coat to tuck the end of the belt. Although it appears to have been worn infrequently, it has been stored for several years.
