Assembled, water slide decals applied. I believe all parts are present, but please confirm with the photos. The action base in the photos is not included, but the connecting parts for attaching an action base are included (see photo 6). Instruction manual included. Some water slide decals have been used. Sanding has been done very little, if at all.
