It's light and warm. It has been dry-cleaned and water-repellent treated once. (I haven't worn it since) (because my clothing style changed) I don't think there are any noticeable stains or pilling on the body, sleeves, or ribbing at the hem. It's almost unnoticeable unless you get close, but please check the areas circled in the 4th and 9th images, as they have small black marks. Please understand and purchase accordingly. The room where I took the photos is a bit dark, so the ivory color didn't come out well, so I've included photos from the website. I usually wear size L for outerwear, but this outerwear was a bit oversized even in M, so I could wear a thick sweater underneath without feeling cramped. Please understand that this item is stored and inspected at home by an amateur.
