No scratches, discoloration, etc. I vaguely remember purchasing this a few years ago from a handmade goods shop or somewhere similar and keeping it in storage. I've used it about 2 or 3 times. It has a cute flower-like motif made of many beads, and a large, dangling bead. The metal fittings are gold-colored. There are no noticeable stains, and it's in good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about used items.
