Purchased a few years ago from a select shop. The neckline is open, so I used to wear it with a high-neck cut-and-sew or sweater underneath. A petticoat is sewn into the skirt. As you can see in the photos, the hem isn't unraveling, but it has a slightly fuzzy appearance.
