This is a V-neck top from Stunning Lure. I bought it a while ago but didn't wear it much, so it's been stored away. It fits closely around the shoulders and chest, then flares out from there. It's listed as free size, but I'd say it's around a size S to M. It creates a beautiful silhouette when worn.
